I am a lesbian that caught hsv1 on the genitals from an ex. I am doing everything I can to stop outbreaks but I have one after another! They never stop. My first one is just healing, 2 months later and im still getting new blisters. Doctors shrug it off. I don't know what to do. At my wits end! Does dymaclear really work? My email is bn08km@leeds.ac.uk

It's been well over a 6 month period and it seems to be getting worse. Right now it's just in the groin area and I'm petrified it will move internally soon. I've tried everything from Zovirax, baking soda, bee propolis (yuck), cornstarch, zinc oxide and aloe but nothing seems to help. The itch factor is probably 100 times worse then any chicken pox imaginable. I've tried ice, anti itch creams, milk... you name it. Any advise would be truly appreciated. Thank you...

Thanks for answering my query about asymptomatic shedding-----is it something we can see on ourselves or partners; Is my daily suppressive Valtrex very helpful against asymptomatic shedding, or not much help? I am 74 years, and have no idea how I was exposed. Thanks VERY much.

I am a female and have several sores that I've had for about 3 months. They will not heal. I've tried a dose of acyclovir and even went to the DR. The DR said it's not infected and will take time. I'm getting frustrated and there isn't any progress. I'm not in any pain but just want them to heal. I've had this for years and have never had an OB that didn't heal a little bit each day. This one isn't making any progress. What are my options?
